WHAT DO YOU SELL?
We sell all things horror. From T-Shirts to toys, books to prop replicas. If it's horror related, we'll sell it.
WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and expedited shipping (next business day). Delivery estimates are based on from day of despatch.
We use both Royal Mail and courier services depending on the size of the item you have ordered.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?
We ship internationally however some larger items will not automatically display a shipping cost for certain countries. If you do not see a shipping price, please contact us for a quote.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND VAT ON OVERSEAS ORDERS?
AN ITEM THAT I AM INTERESTED IN IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?
If an item is out of stock, drop us an email. When the item comes back into stock, you will receive an email to let you know.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
When we have despatched your item you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation. If you do not see an email in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
Only when we attend conventions. Other than that, all our sales are online only.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL/RETURN AN ORDER?

Yes, if you are ordering from outside of the UK, you will be charged import duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country. The courier will contact you for payment prior to delivery.
